Healthcare is a constantly changing and evolving field. Sterling Planning Alliance's team members have planned and operated programs and facilities, and served as senior leaders in healthcare organizations during times of change and strategic alignment. They are frequent speakers and instructors on patient care delivery and its relationship to healthcare facility planning.

As instructors, they have coordinated and participated in the Executive Education Healthcare Planning Program at the Harvard Graduate School of Design, and chaired the healthcare educational conferences for the Boston Society of Architects/New England Healthcare Assembly's Build Boston program.
