Abby Flam, managing principal, has more than 25 years of experience working directly with health systems in the United States and the United Kingdom. A former Vice President for Planning and Program Development for two large hospitals, Abby’s work history includes consulting, operations management, senior leadership and facilities development. Additional staff have experience in ambulatory care development, hospital and ambulatory operations and support service center development.
